Thats the same question I have. My 03 has the fuse, but I didn’t see anything hooking up to the front calipers other than the brake line. I think on the front the computer measures the spinning of the driveshaft, and the rear has the sensor plugs since there is no rear axel.
does your rear have sensor plugs? IF so then you may be correct. I will check mine later.
I haven’t had the time to check, I’m rather sure they do. With the fuse pulled I can skid all over the place. 
I’m planing on doing some work on my disk setup, so I’ll be pulling the drums rather soon. Ironmark has seen cable ends sticking out of his EGT setup, so we think his donnor car had ABS. The setup roush send me doesn’t.
