You’ll have to go to a place that works with sct’s and get it dynoed. That is your best bet
No, that’s pretty much his only bet. Anything else will almost 100% leave him with a blown engine or a dumb rich crappy tune.

Get it flashed with 0 degrees on timing. Get a tune from a shop with no timing at all and what will match your injectors and maf. No tunning is like a timing tick bomb.
