Well, I purchased an SCT Xcalibrator 2 and am loving it. This has to be one of the best mods I have done so far when it comes to HP. Though I haven’t dynoed the difference, you can definitely feel it.
For those of you who don’t know, I own an 2002 ATX Zx2. Manuel Zx2s and Escorts normally took me after 2nd gear, but not anymore. I would definitely say it was worth the $409.00 price tag because it has the ability to modify almost anything that is controlled by the computer.
The nicest part of having the SCT is the confidence when on the road. Now I don’t feel that need to race everyone and anyone. Now I pick and choose my battles based on their worthiness.
I still need to talk to Vit to see what types of tunes he has that will help to push every last HP out of my car’s current state.
