This is my first post on this forum and I’m hoping you guys can help me out. We have been racing ZX2’s in the 24 Hours of LeMons for about a year now and we had a problem in our last race with our wheels. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYdsga9057E We had a little too much offset. What are you guys running as far as wheels on you ZX2? I need something thats going to give me maximum contact, not rub the struts and not stick out past the fenders. Any help would be great. Thanks
a 215 is about the max if you have stock suspension, a lowered car can only fit up to a 205. I have 205’s on stock wheels and I’ve had 215’s on 17x7’s
What offset are you using? Thanks
the stockers are 35 i think and the 17’s were 40 or 42, I don’t have them with me or I’d check. I’ve heard that 225’s can be fitted up front but I’m not sure about that. I know 205’s on the stock wheels with my drop do a good job of polishing the inner fenders, but that’s due to the ballooning of the sidewalls I think

Thanks for the help. I just picked up a set of 15x6.5 40mm offset with 205/50R15 Azenis 615’s. They look sweet and are very flush. Big thanks to Rob at ZXtuner.com for the info.
