I just bought a 98 zx2 , and I’m thinking about putting the zx2nr kit, or just go racing , what do you guys think…
Just drive. Drive. Drive. Drive. Practice make perfect. You may have an accident or two, maybe more than that. Focus your efforts on driving discipline, meaning signaling even when no one is around, learning standard left hand turns(being able to go AROUND a corner without lifting the throttle and correcting steering. Don’t “hug” the white line.) Learn to rev match.LEFT FOOT BRAKE whenever possible. Try braking as deep as possible. If you don’t have ABS lock up the tires so you know how not to lock them up. Use parking lots to learn basic vehicle dynamics(Rain is your friend). Don’t be afraid to crash your car, but don’t be reckless either. Be aware of other motorists. You’ll be amazed at the things a skilled driver can do with “a peice of crap car”. (You might want to get a car thats not as easy to drive though… Like a Camaro 
, or an small, old, and cheap,SUV.)Drive, drive, drive.
