Help with Crank and crank kit!!!!!!

I am new to the rebuild of the zx2 sceen. I have a 98 zx2 with a 2 spun rod bearings. I am in need of a crank and bearing kit and I cannot find any of these parts on the net or at the local parts house. Where can I go to get these parts. Are these cars hard to get parts for? Also why are these so expensive to repair? One more thing, will any other parts work in conjuction with these vehicles other ford parts that is i.e. from contour, cougars, or others?

The best advice I can give you is to use the search function above.

The reason why these cars are so expensive to rebuild is because there isn’t enough demand for the parts. This isn’t like a Honda where you can goto Ebay with a Credit Card.

Research is your number one concern for building a Zx2.

i have a new cank and bearings if you need them…
