VCT delete?

I was reading in the other thread about the dude’s car running like shit and i think scott mentioned a VCT delete? 2 years and i have not heard of this delete. I know of the VCT and things but how do you “delete” it and is it of any power benefit?

Btw-Leaving for a week trip to canada tomorrow…anyone want to periodically keep air in the Z’s left front tire for me while I’m gone? Poor baby she’s going to be itching to ride again when I get back, just got the 5.0 HO 19lb injectors in her.

Easy explanantion… Get the cam gear and all the adapter bolts from zxtuner… Install… no more VCT… but then you’ll be throwing a VCT code… and with the stock cam you’ll probly actually lose power, I’m pretty sure. So unless you’re gonna buy a nice exhaust cam, it’s not that great of an idea.
