While browsing the corksport website I stumbled upon a quaife differential for the 91-96 escort 5speed. That transmission is the exact same transmission as the ones on our ZX2’s. If this works we could be just an axle swap away from having LSD in our cars.
We’re already just an axle swap away with the mazda lsd… people just don’t want to buy custom axles. There is also another way to do it involving a lot of mx3 suspension parts and the same mazda lsd… another thing that not one wants to do. Both end up being about the same price really.
No one ever wants to do the work involved but it’s the way to do it
