ok i pulled a few string and bought and found several new 150 mph instrument custers also the S/R PCM’s
Cost for the Instrument cluster is 320.00
the PCM is 370.00
These are new not remanuactured left over stock from ford racing once these are gone you are outa luck…
But I’m guessing that ATX users like myself are out of luck right?
The computer wouldnt do anything for your as an automatic but i dont see why you couldnt use the gauges

no i checked called ford and they said that when they were offered from ford racing all you were required was to buy was the gauges and apparently acording th them your vehicle speed sensor is the same also.
the S/R gauges are plug and play no matter what year/make/model of ZX2 you have. Including Transmission.

So let me get this straight the s/r guages are plug and play and will work perfectly? What about for 98 and 99 1/2 Z’s and the automatic zx2’s? Are we just out of luck?
The PCM will only work with MTX,99.5 + 6 wire MAF,
There is a 4 wire to 6 wire MAF conversion possible to allow you to use a S/R PCM(MTX ONLY)
actually ford has a part number for the 98 available you just had to find them which i did
