So anyone who bought in with one of those B&M caps in the selling section knows they are PURPLE. Yick, well i don’t have a purple car so if anyone is interested for the cost of covering paint I’ll PAINT one for ya. Check this out (and I apologize for the immediate quality, it’s my camera phone, I’ll try to get a hi-res picture for you) but I did a 2 layer primer, candy coated red with interference red (which is almost a pink, its a very bright red) pearlescent with a clear over it.

It looks WAY better than this camera gives it justice, but this is a high quality pearlescent covering the basecoat. I waste no money on my airbrush work on cheap stuff, I’ll only deal with quality paint.
(edit) this one JUST taken inside the house with a bit better light to better justify it, still can’t get past the stupid camera phone quality.

(edit) MORE pictures so you can actually see the pearl effect. The “sparkly” or “glitter” effect (what little you can see due to my CAMERA DAMNIT, lol!) is the pearlescent.
